Just a few things that every Las Vegas golf visitor should know. We feel this "Local Knowledge" will help you make better a vacation or golf travel decision.

DO NOT seek the advise of a Hotel or Casino regarding where to play golf. Many of the so called Golf Information Booths, Golf Desks or Concierge are "PAID" to recommend only a handful of courses. Oh, they do have available most of the Las Vegas golf courses but only after you "Demand" something else, is it offered. If you are going to play golf in Las Vegas, the first thing is to get some "Unbiased" information. Find the golf courses that best suit your level of play, the type of golf course layout and your budget. What condition is the golf course in, is it near the airport (yes, planes are noisy) and does it have the services, staff and amenities that you expect. WE can help...

ALWAYS contact us before you select your travel dates. Because hotel rates change so frequently in Las Vegas, it may be best to travel the week before or the week after your preferred dates. Las Vegas Conventions play a big part with hotel costs. If you can arrive at during a slow period, WE can save you $$$$$.

DO NOT travel on Saturday, either arriving or departing. Although you may get some discount airfares, many of the hotels in Las Vegas DO NOT allow Saturday arrivals or departures. The hotels like to get the "Weekend" rates, which are higher (Friday & Saturday night dollar). Take the extra time off or plan your Las Vegas golf vacation further in advance and arrive either Thursday or Sunday.

If you are on a budget but still want to play the "Good" golf course...PLAY EARLY AFTERNOON. These "Twilight" tee-times afford you to play the top courses at a discount rate. This later tee-time also allows you sleep in after one of those "Las Vegas Nights".

You DO NOT have to stay on the Strip to be "Close" to the action or have a nice room. There are many hotels near the Strip that are great places to stay. They offer all the gaming, restaurants and action you can handle. Options include Tuscany Suites, The Jockey Club (although on the Strip), The Palms, Rio Suites, Hard Rock Hotel and many others.
